Kim leads her consulting firm focused on leadership and team development.

Leveraging 20 years’ experience in career and leadership coaching and her leadership experience in several different industries,

Kim helps leaders and teams to maximize their strengths and identify habits and thought patterns that get in their way.

Not only has Kim worked with thousands of individuals who are seeking more meaning and purpose in their work lives, she has lived in their shoes, consistently assessing her career situations and how they align with her priorities.

Kim holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Champaign, a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and she is a licensed clinical social worker. Kim is an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her career advice has been featured in Forbes, Barron’s, CNBC, Training Industry, Vogue and Moneyish..

DR. PAMELA (PAM) SCHILLING

Pam’s firm is a global human capital/advisory firm, founded ten years ago, providing ambitious professionals the tools, focus, and insights to achieve top choice job offers and advance careers, guiding through gnarly career challenges across career stages.

Before starting her firm, Pam was a career coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, coaching full-time and part-time MBAs, EMBA, and alumni. Previously, she held leadership roles in the technology industry and strategy consulting, working at Sprint, HERE (formerly NAVTEQ), Strategy& and Diamond Technology Partners (now both part of PwC), and Huron Consulting Group.

Pam holds a B.S.B. from the University of Kansas, and MBA from Chicago Booth, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from DePaul University focusing on strategy and career advancement. Pam is an adjunct professor at The University of Chicago and DePaul University. She is an official member of the Forbes Coaching Council.
